Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Local Contract (LTC)

Facility: Grand Islander Center
Location: Middletown, RI
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours: 32 hours/week (guaranteed)
Pay: $40-$43/hour ($1,280 - $1,376 weekly gross)
Work Days: Wednesday – Saturday
Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Contract: 9 weeks
Start: ASAP

Summary:

Provide direct patient care in a long-term care (LTC) setting, supporting residents with daily care, medication administration, and overall health monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor and document patient conditions

• Assist with daily care and support residents

• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians

• Ensure patient safety and follow care plans

Requirements / Credentials:

• Active LPN License in Rhode Island or Compact License – required

• 1+ year LTC experience required, 2+ preferred

• Must be within 60 miles of facility

• Ability to work overnight shifts (Wed–Sat)
