Weekly Pay: $1800 (Approx.)
Shift: Variable Days (12-Hour Shifts)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Contract Length: 6 Weeks
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, support residents, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and vital signs
Provide wound care and basic nursing procedures
Assist with daily living activities
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians
Active LPN License (State of SD or Compact)
Minimum 1–2 years of LTC experience preferred
BLS Certification required
Strong communication and patient care skills
12-hour day shifts
36 guaranteed hours per week
Short-term contract (6 weeks)
