Position Title: LPN LTC
Location: Palmyra, MO 63461
Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension)
Work Schedule: 8 hours Evening with every other weekend.
Pay rate: 40-45$/hrResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections safely and accurately.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures within LPN scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
- Educate residents and their families on treatments, medications, and ongoing care needs.
- Follow all facility policies, infection control guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents while promoting dignity and independence.

- LTC/SNF/Nursing Home experience preferred
- Medication administration experience
- EMR documentation skills
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend
- Strong patient care and communication skills
