Job Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week contract assignment in Gardendale, AL at Magnolia Ridge. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN looking to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents under the supervision of an RN or physician

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly

• Assist with daily patient care and support activities

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Or Compact license

• Current BLS certification

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
