Job Overview
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 9-week contract assignment in Gardendale, AL at Magnolia Ridge. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN looking to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients/residents under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly
Assist with daily patient care and support activities
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Active Alabama Or Compact license
Current BLS certification
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
