Shift: Variable Days/Evenings (8s / 16s)
Hours: 40 hours/week (Guaranteed)

Job Description:
We are seeking two Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. The LPN will provide direct patient care to residents, monitor health conditions, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities. The role requires working closely with RNs and physicians to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient conditions
Assist with daily activities and patient comfort
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Follow all facility policies and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

Active LPN license
BLS certification preferred
LTC/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Ability to work variable shifts (days/evenings)

Additional Information:

40 hours guaranteed per week
