Contract Details

• 7-week travel assignment

• Long Term Care / Nursing Home setting

• 2 LPNs needed

• Day shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 3×12-hour shifts = 36 hours/week

• Every other weekend required

Pay

• $38/hour

• Estimated weekly pay: $1,368 (36 hours/week)

Job Overview

• Provide daily nursing care in LTC setting

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes

• Assist with resident ADLs and care plans

• Document accurately in facility EMR

• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and care team

Requirements

• Active LPN license (SD or compact eligible)

• LTC / nursing home experience preferred

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

• Strong medication administration skills

• Comfortable with high patient load environment
