Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Wakefield, NE
Type: Contract (8 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week
Pay: $35/hr - $39/hr (Based on Experience)

(Travellers and Local candidates both are accepted)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced LPN for night shifts in a long-term care setting. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Long-Term Care residents.

• Administer medications and treatments.

• Complete resident assessments and monitor patient conditions.

• Document resident care using PointClickCare (PCC).

• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff.

• Ensure resident safety and comfort.

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• Weekend availability required.

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

• Willingness to work overtime based on staffing needs.
