Schedule: Shifts would be either

•  2pm-10pm  (Required to work every other weekend shift)

• OR two doubles on the weekend

• First 5 weeks will require training 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
   
  ·         Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Will be required to work every other weekend.
  ·         32 hours per week guaranteed
   

Pay Rate: 35-36/hr

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact each day by supporting patients in their health journey while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

What You Will Do

As an LVN, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring

• Educate patients and families on medications, care plans, and health management

• Accurately document care and patient progress in electronic systems

• Perform computer data entry (full training provided)

• Support patients with advanced clinical needs, including:

  • Gastrostomy tubes and enteral feedings

  • Foley catheter care

  • Tracheostomy care
    
    What You Bring

• Active LVN license in the state of Texas

• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience (2+ years preferred)

• Strong clinical skills with experience in advanced nursing procedures

• Confidence in patient education and communication

• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and data entry skills

• A compassionate, patient-first mindset
