Job Details:
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Corrections - Day Shift
Location: Chesapeake, VA
Setting: Prison
Pay Range: Varies by assignment. Contact your recruiter for details.
Schedule: 6a-2:30p, 40-hours per week, weekends, holidays as needed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Local or travel candidates
Requirements: Two years of LPN experience. Corrections experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility.
  • Assess health status and record patient histories.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.
