Local Rates

Pay Rate: $ 37.50/hour

Travel Package:

Total Travel Comp = $805.00(Lodging - $511.00, M&I - $294.00)

$18.02 p/h X 36 Hrs. = $648.72

Total Comps = $1,453.72

Shift Details:

• 12 Hour Shifts 

LPN Duties

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses.
• Assess patients, monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols.
• Comply with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain all required certifications, training, and employment-related documentation.

LPN Qualifications

• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State KY. The license MUST be in good standing
• 1 year of experience
