| Facility: Cross Keys Village Location: New Oxford, PA Shift: Evenings 2:30PM - 10:30PM Break: 30 minute break per shift required Guaranteed Hours: No Guaranteed Hours (Provided schedule has 3 or 4 shifts per week. Facility sends lists of open shifts daily that providers can pick up additional shifts from) **Facility can cancel shifts for travelers if permanent staff decide to pick up - does not happen frequently but it does happen** Charting: Matrix Must have PA Department of Aging Fingerprint Clearance letter in file Facility is looking for reliable and proven LPNs |
