Position Title: LPN/LVN General
Location: Lodi, CA,95242
Duration: 8 weeks
Work Schedule: 8 hrs Days.
Guaranteed Hours: 40/wk.
Pay Rate: 40-45$/hr. *We have opening in other City too - Lodi, CALocal and Traveller candidates accepted.Auto offer*Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Provide direct nursing care and support to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the provider.
• Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document findings accurately.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with examinations and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic and Cerner EMR systems.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting daily clinic operations.
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]- Active California LPN/LVN License
- Epic & Cerner experience required
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN/LVN experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
