Job Title: LPN / LVN
LONG TERM CARE LPN

Day shift

Shift: 6am-6p or 10a-10p

Including every other weekend

36 hours a week

MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT - NO EXCEPTIONS

8 weeks

1+ years experience required.

Must be NY licensed

BLS

Ratios: 1 to 40 or ideally 1 to 20

Common patient diagnosis: Dementia
