As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Martinsville, Indiana location, you will play a vital role in providing safe, supportive, and effective nursing care to residents throughout their recovery journey. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director, you will help maintain a structured therapeutic environment that promotes long-term recovery and patient well-being.

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana
  • Comfortable working independently when needed with the patient population
  • Knowledge of and compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for psychological testing, physician visits, dental care, and eye exams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patients
  • Assist with transporting patients to medical appointments as needed
  • Maintain communication and coordination with community medical providers
  • Manage medical charts for both prescribed and non-prescribed medications
  • Assist the Director of Nursing with ordering and maintaining medical supplies
  • Monitor patients undergoing detoxification and initiate appropriate medical responses to withdrawal symptoms
  • Support a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
