Position Overview:
Cedar Ridge Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about resident care and can work independently in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the facilitys standards and state regulations.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the RN or provider as needed.
Support daily patient activities and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all facility protocols.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the state of Maine.
State or federal-issued identification must be presented upon arrival.
Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide documented medical or religious exemption from employer (additional doses required where applicable).
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
