Responsibilities
Administer medications and monitor patient responses during night shifts.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Assist in patient assessments and report changes to the medical team.
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Identify and report potential safety hazards in the work environment.
Adapt to changing patient needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth objectives.
Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
Experience/Qualifications
