This is a FT position - We have one FT - Days and one FT - Nights POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development and the care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served
- Contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting and documenting of data
- Assists the Registered Nurse in the development of the patient’s individualized plan of care
- Provides patient/family education based on plan of care and identified needs
- Promotes customer service initiative
- Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures within the scope of their licensure.
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: - Current LPN licensure
- Current IV push certification
- Maintain current BLS (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation)
