Role SummaryApollo Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse for every other weekend (Sat/Sun 7:00am–3:00pm) onsite in Baton Rouge, LA 70816. Throughout the morning and early afternoon, you’ll balance timely medication passes with patient check-ins, education moments, and documentation touchpoints, ensuring notes are completed clearly and in accordance with policy. As situations arise, you’ll communicate promptly and professionally, elevating potential risk issues through the appropriate chain so concerns are addressed early. The shift closes with accurate wrap-up documentation and a structured report to support continuity into the next coverage period.
