- Position: LPN – LTC
- Contract: 13 weeks, with possibility of extension
- Facility:Michigan Masonic Home
- Facility Address: 1200 Wright Ave, Alma, MI 48801
- Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Schedule: 36 hours/week
- Weekly Hours: 36 hrs/week
- Weekend Requirement: EOW (Every Other Weekend)
- Holiday Requirement: Holiday Group A
- Typical Residents: Long-Term Care
- Charting: Electronic – MatrixCare
- Scrub Color: Blue or Black
