About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will report to the Nurse (RN) Manager / Supervisor and work alongside caregivers to provide patient care that exceeds industry standards. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with medical staff, and administering treatments and medications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime
• Provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients’ responses to the plan of care
• Administers medication safely and accurately
• Works closely with Medical and Clinical staff
• Performs treatments
• Administers medications & injections

Requirements

• LPN – State Licensure
• Current Physical, Current PPD
• Valid BLS/CPR certification or equivalent
• Background checks, pre-employment & drug screenings required
