Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Occupational Health / Clinic Setting

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or on-call)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a fast-paced occupational health clinic. This role supports both pre-employment screenings and general patient care, including wellness and urgent care visits. The ideal candidate is experienced in phlebotomy, comfortable in a clinical setting seeing moderate daily volumes, and skilled in patient care and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform occupational health services including pre-employment screenings (fit testing, drug screens, hearing tests, etc.)

• Support wellness and urgent care visits, including blood draws, vaccinations, and basic treatments

• Provide general nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or team leader

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Monitor, observe, and document patient conditions and responses to care

• Ensure patient comfort and assist with overall clinical workflow

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Manage patient flow in a clinic averaging approximately 30 patients per day

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Active LPN license (or temporary permit) in the state of Georgia

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care

• Strong phlebotomy skills required

• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in occupational health settings

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
