Scrub Requirements: - Royal Blue or White (White lab jackets if needed) * No scrub reimbursement from facility.

Will receive badge access to the facility.

Paper PTHC timecard needed.

Work Week (Sunday-Saturday)

Approved timecard signers: Megan Alexander-Scheduler or Onsite Charge Nurse Hailey Jones ADON

Lunch break policy: 30 minute lunch- should be deducted from time. If no lunch break would need to notify Charge/Unit Manger/Scheduler for no lunch form to be completed and approved.

Shift Start Times & Arrival Expectations: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled shift start time. This allows time for shift report (30 minutes), a smooth transition of patient care, and coverage for a 30-minute lunch break, while still maintaining a full 12-hour paid shift.

Example: Scheduled Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Expected Arrival Time: 6:30 AM.
