Responsibilities

Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and report changes to appropriate clinical personnel.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within scope of practice and organizational guidelines.
Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and care coordination as needed.
Educate patients and families on care instructions, wellness strategies, and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes.
Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
Active nursing license in good standing, as required by applicable regulations.
Knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and clinical documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, remain organized, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and ethical practice.
Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team is preferred.
Minimum 1 year withdrawal management experience required.
