Skilled Nursing| -LPN | The Pines - Olean, NY |

Bill Rate: $63

LPN for contract for 1400-2230 x 5 shifts/week, every weekend required.

LTC LPN/RN candidates must have 2 years of recent LTC experience. Must have BCLS and an Active NY LPN/RN license.


Requirements:
" Active NY LPN/RN License
" 2+ Years Experience
" NY DHHS Background
" BCLS
" National/State/County Background
" 10 Panel Drug Screen
" 2 Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella
