New Leaf Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing healthcare team! We are a Natural Hormone Therapy and Wellness Clinic specializing in bioidentical hormone pellet therapy, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, IV therapy, and personalized wellness solutions designed to help patients optimize their health and quality of life.
Our mission is to provide exceptional, patient-centered care through education, individualized treatment plans, and a team approach. Our patients choose New Leaf Wellness because they know we truly care about their health journey and are committed to providing the highest standard of care.
The LPN will play an important role in supporting patient care, reviewing lab results, assisting with treatment protocols, educating patients, administering IVs, peptide and vitamin injections, coordinating patient care, and supporting daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
Review hormone and wellness lab results and collaborate with Providers on patient treatment plans
Educate patients on hormone health, treatments, and wellness goals
Administer IV therapy, vitamin injections, and approved treatments
Support patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska (or applicable state)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent patient care skills
Comfortable working with electronic medical records and computer systems
Previous experience in hormone therapy, functional medicine, IV therapy, or wellness is a plus but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
