Compensation:
Pay Range: $33.09 Per HR
Job Summary:
• A specialty medical practice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for their Astoria, NY location.
• This onsite position involves working with patients of all ages, providing comprehensive care.
• The role is contract-based with potential for direct hire, requiring flexibility in hours and departments.
Requirements:
• Current licensure as an LPN in the state of New York
• BLS/CPR certification
• Flexibility in hours and ability to cover other departments
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with patient care and treatment procedures
• Proficient in administering medications and injections
• Ability to collect and process medical specimens
• Experience in scheduling follow-up appointments
• Ability to communicate delays effectively
