At Deaconess, our LPN RN Bridge role allows nursing students who already hold their LPN license to work in a PRN LPN position while completing RN school. As an LPN RN, you'll play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.

Job Overview

As an LPN, you will provide essential patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. Responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring and documenting patients' health

• Administering medications

• Assisting with personal care needs

• Performing routine medical procedures

• Collaborating with nurses, providers, and the broader healthcare team

• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care

What You'll Need

• Completion of an accredited LPN program and current state LPN licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to emergency situations

• Basic knowledge of medical procedures, pharmacology, and patient care techniques

• At least 1 year of previous clinical unit experience preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team

• Physical stamina and emotional stability

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23.00-$34.50

Eligible employees may also receive evening/night and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
