11:00pm-7:00am
Workdays: Monday–Friday
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Employment Type: Contract (3+ months) with strong likelihood of extension
Per Diem: Available if preferred
Provide nursing care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and established clinical standards.
Administer medications and perform ordered treatments with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and adjust care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive, patient‑centered care planning.
Communicate clearly with residents and family members, explaining conditions, care plans, and medication regimens.
