Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Peabody, MA
Job Type: Contract (3+ months, with potential extensions)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (every other weekend required)
Shifts Available:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team to play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents in a luxury assisted living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow State Nurse Practice Act guidelines and established best practices
Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and adjust care to ensure safety and comfort
Maintain strict infection control protocols
Accurately document patient care in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop holistic care plans
Educate residents and family members on conditions, care plans, and medications
Active LPN or RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Experience in assisted living, retirement communities, or long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
