    About the Role:
    • Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality cardiovascular patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
    • Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient care processes.
    • Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes and operational success.
    • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, HIPAA regulations, and quality initiatives.
    • Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    What Makes You a Great Match:
    • Current, unencumbered Louisiana LPN or RN license.
    • Strong clinical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced cardiovascular or specialty clinic environment.
    • Leadership abilities with experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
    • Commitment to accurate documentation, patient advocacy, teamwork, and high standards of care.
    • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
    • Experience with EMR systems and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
