Pay Rate
Local: $35 – $36/hr
Traveler: $38 – $40/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care and clinical support to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Required Qualifications

• Current LPN license.

• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with providers and other healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, and document medical history and health information.

• Assess patients and report changes in condition to the RN or provider.

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.

• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures.

• Assist providers with examinations, minor procedures, and treatments.

• Perform or assist with EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.

• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, follow-up care, and health maintenance.

• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments or procedures.

• Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and clinic policies and procedures.

• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with providers and the healthcare team.

• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies.

• Assist with referrals, follow-up appointments, and other clinic-related activities.

• Provide compassionate and professional care in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
