- BLS, IV Certified
- LPN Outpatient Clinic
- Experience: 2Y minimum of outpatient clinic LVN exp
- CA LVN
- Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV, and Blood withdrawal
- Special Requirements: Epic and in-basket highly preferred, Blood Draw Experience.
- Shift start ranges from 0730-0900
- Weekend REQ: No. Closed for weekends and most holidays.
- Floating REQ: Yes, when needed. But primarily in Arcadia.
- License: Must be active
