- BLS, Phlebotomy and IV
- LPN Outpatient Clinic
- Float: Culver City FM/IM
- Experience: 2 years in an outpatient setting
- CA LVN
- Certs: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV and Blood withdrawal
- Flu vaccination (no declinations/no exemptions)
- Special Requirements: ***Requires recent experience/expertise with venipuncture***
- Floating REQ: YES, external to other IM/FM clinics
