LPN - Outpatient Oncology - Offering Pension Plan Location: Athens, GA
We are a leader in cancer treatment and research seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient cancer clinic in Athens, GA. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for a dedicated nurse with experience in oncology, but we are open to candidates who have a strong passion for cancer care.
Schedule and Responsibilities
Monday - Friday schedule with flexibility for either 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts
Primarily clinic-based with some rounding at a local hospital
Assist in patient care, including medication administration, symptom management, and treatment coordination
Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Provide patient education and support throughout treatment
