Pay Rate
Local: $35 – $36/hr
Traveler: $38 – $40/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide nursing care and clinical support in an outpatient clinic, with a focus on urology and women’s health procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience.

• Urology or Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.

• Active California LVN license at the time of submission.

• Current BLS certification.

• EPIC EMR experience.

• English proficiency.

• Flu vaccination required; no exemptions or declinations.

• Experience with urodynamics, PTNS, cystoscopies, urethral dilation, pelvic exams, and catheter placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Assist with urology and women’s health procedures.

• Assist with urodynamics, PTNS, cystoscopies, urethral dilation, pelvic exams, and catheter placement.

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

• Monitor patients during and after procedures and report changes in condition.

• Assist providers with clinical procedures and patient care.

• Document patient care and procedures accurately in the EPIC EMR.

• Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.

• Maintain clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment areas.

• Provide patient education and instructions related to procedures and follow-up care.

• Float as required to support clinic operations.
