Pay Rate
Local: $35 – $36/hr
Traveler: $38 – $40/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide nursing care and clinical support in an ambulatory/outpatient clinic setting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory/outpatient clinic experience.

• Active California LVN license at the time of submission.

• BLS certification through AHA or ARC only.

• IV and blood withdrawal experience.

• Epic EMR experience required.

• Flu vaccination required; no declinations or exemptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an ambulatory/outpatient clinic setting.

• Perform patient intake and obtain vital signs and relevant patient information.

• Assess patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate provider.

• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered.

• Perform IV therapy and blood withdrawal procedures.

• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures.

• Document patient care accurately in the Epic EMR.

• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, follow-up care, and health maintenance.

• Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.

• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies.

• Collaborate with providers and other members of the healthcare team.

• Float to other areas as required.
