Competitive Pay

$26.63 – $30.79 per hour, based on verifiable experience

Plus a $6,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid throughout your first year of employment.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will play an important role in helping residents feel safe, respected, cared for, and valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care and completing resident assessments
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitoring residents and communicating changes in condition
• Supporting and supervising TMAs and Nursing Assistants
• Responding to medical emergencies and coordinating appropriate care
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and charting
• Protecting resident dignity, rights, privacy, and confidentiality
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
• Following infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an LPN who brings both clinical skill and compassion to every shift.

Qualifications include:

• Active Minnesota LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, support, and work collaboratively with team members
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift and move approximately 30–60 pounds with assistance as needed
• Walk, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
• Safely perform the essential functions of the nursing position
