About the Role

As an LPN, you'll:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting vital signs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the resident experience

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Rhode Island

• 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
