Key Responsibilities: Assist providers with direct patient care and clinical procedures. Conduct patient interviews and accurately document medical information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Perform routine screenings and tests as ordered by the provider. Handle telephone inquiries, provide clinical advice within scope, and conduct follow-up as needed. Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, sanitized, and equipped. Coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations, and communicate next steps to patients. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
