Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420
5x8 hrs per week, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Every other weekend and holidays required
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care under RN supervision
Assess, monitor, and report resident physical and psychosocial status
Assist in developing, revising, and implementing age-appropriate care plans
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
Maintain safety, clinical competency, and knowledge through continuing education
Mentor and support staff under RN direction
Care for adult and geriatric residents in long-term care
NY LPN Licensure (Required)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience in LTC (Required)
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
