What You'll Do
As an LPN, you may provide nursing services in settings such as:
- Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
- Long-term care facilities
- Rehabilitation centers
- Assisted living and other healthcare settings
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing safe and compassionate patient care
- Administering medications as ordered
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Assisting with treatments and nursing procedures
- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Following facility policies and nursing standards
- Completing accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license in the state where you will work
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to provide proof of required credentials
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Reliable and dependable
- Must meet CareGave Health and facility credentialing requirements
