Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Must be a NYS licensed practical nurse.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintains optimal health care for ICF individuals by administering medication and medical treatments, and monitoring health status
- Coordinates the delivery of primary and specialized medical services under the direction of the RN, and serves as medical services advocate for each individual
- Practices and promotes the agency's mission statement in every interaction
- Provide ongoing support to people in becoming active participants in every aspect of their lives and to ensure that a high quality of life is maintained
