BR: $74.00
PR:$50.00/hr||$1,800.00/wk

Key Responsibilitie s:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists.
Preparing patients for consultations, cosmetic procedures, and minor surgical treatments.
Assisting plastic surgeons, physician assistants, and providers during office procedures and treatments.
Administering medications, injections, and treatments within the LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
Performing wound care, dressing changes, suture/staple removal, and post-operative care.
Providing pre-operative and post-operative patient education and instructions.
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting concerns or changes to providers.
Scheduling procedures, coordinating referrals, and assisting with care coordination.
Maintaining accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
Preparing and sterilizing instruments, exam rooms, and procedure areas.
Managing inventory and supplies for surgical and aesthetic procedures.
Following infection-control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Assisting with non-surgical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser treatments, microneedling, and other cosmetic procedures as directed by providers. Mount Nittany Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Medicine offers both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services, including injectables, laser therapies, body contouring, and aesthetic treatments.
Collaborating with surgeons, physician assistants, aestheticians, and other clinical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of LPN experience.
  • LPN license (ME) and BLS
