The Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program Assistant and Compliance Officer provides comprehensive additional administrative and operational support to the Licensed Practical Nursing Program. This position assists the Program Director in ensuring the program operates in compliance with institutional policies, the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing (BORN) regulations, serves as a liaison among faculty, students at clinical sites, regulatory agencies, and providing teacher support with the syllabi and SIM lessons.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum of two years of full-time nursing experience, preferably in higher education, nursing education, or healthcare.
Hold a current unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in good standing
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Experience with supporting nursing education programs.
Familiarity with Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing regulations (244 CMR).
Knowledge of nursing program accreditation standards.
Experience with student information systems, learning management systems, and clinical compliance software.
