LPN Residential Supervisor Position We are looking for an experienced LPN Residential Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a Residential IDD Group Home. This position would report to the Program Specialist. Responsibilities would include: Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of Acme Team members. Maintain accurate records of doctor appointments, implement physician-ordered treatment plans Participate in the on-call rotation Working knowlege of Emergency Procedures Know and understands all documentatation Know and understands all behavior plans Deals with common problems that arise during working hours while on shift Performs house office tasks and supervisory level documentations assigned by the supervisor Other related tasks as per ODP compliance. Experience: A Tema Lead must be a competent DSP, mentor others, proficient with documentations, organized. Requirements: 1. Have a valid Driver's License. 2. Must pass required Clearances / Criminal Background Checks. 3. Must completed initial orientation training and Program Specialist orientation. 4. Must have a Physical and TB test completed upon hire. 5. A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in Pennsylvania 6. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
