The Renaissance of Richfield/ Bath is currently seeking part- and full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to fill our day and night shifts in Richfield, Ohio!

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: 7AM - 7PM
• Night Shift: 7PM-7AM
• Must be available to work every other weekend and holidays

Pay Details:

• Day Shift: $30/hour
• Night Shift: $35/hour

Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will:

• Participates in the nursing process by providing input to the member's plan of care. Implements the care plan as written.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care plan, makes recommendations for revisions as appropriate.
• Records all pertinent observations and treatments as per facility policy.
• Provides for the emotional and physical comfort and safety of the member.
• Performs nursing procedures for which he/she has been trained.
• Notifies appropriate person about unusual symptoms and/or changes in conditions of our member’s.
• Participates in case conferences, meetings and performance improvement activities as assigned.
• Maintains patient and business confidentiality.
