Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, documenting changes appropriately.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Conduct routine assessments and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements:
Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective resident interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to resident-centered care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
