• Current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• High school diploma or equivalent

• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive

• Deliver compassionate, personalized care for residents

• Administer medications, change bandages, and collect specimens

• Take vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.

• Monitor and report any change in resident condition

• Record and update patient history accurately

• Encourage social interaction to support emotional well-being

• Work collaboratively with the care team and report to the Director of Nursing

• Foster a safe and thriving environment for residents
