Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and perform routine medical procedures under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Monitor residents' health by checking vital signs and observing changes in their condition, reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility, to promote independence and dignity.
Document and maintain accurate records of residents' health status, treatments, and progress according to facility protocols.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs.
